Create and Organize Facebook Groups
This facebook application allows you to create and organize your groups. You can create up to 200 groups. for example you can get sports facebook groups, family groups, shared activities, shared intrests like Art groups or music groups etc…
The facebook groups on the page shows the recently updated groups and the facebook groups that your friends has recently joined.
This is how you setup facebook top groups.
- visit www.facebook.com/apps on the right hand side menu click on the applications “By Facebook” click on the application “Groups” from the applications list.
- On the upper right hand side click on “Go To Application”
- Click on “Allow” to allow access to the application. Note that the groups application will pull your profile information, facebook photos, your facebook friends info and other content that requires to work.
4. The application will be automatically added to your facebook, you will see three tabs in the applicaiton “My Top Groups”, “My Groups” . You can also check out some settings for the groups box. these settings are:
- Bigger groups pictures - This will put 3 facebook groups per row
- Hide Group names - This shows the facebook group pictures only.
- Use smaller font size for group names.
- Show pictures on the left colums.
Additionaly, you can add groups and remove them from you facebook. and if you want to remove the whole application you can. personally I think this is one of the most important applications, specially if you have too many facebook groups.
